Amazing Italian in Rockwall I love Zanata. One of my favorite places in Rockwall. It's not cheap, but the quality of their ingredients is unbeatable. Their wood fired pizzas and bruchetta are the best of the best.
Greatness! Zanata's food is excellent. We eat there every week & have since they opened, haven't had a complaint yet. Perfect every time. We go early because it gets very loud with a crowd. Friendly staff (except for the week-end hostess-not much personality)
Great food, cozy setting – I reserved a table for a date in March 2008. I was arranging a surprise for my girlfriend, and I was from out of town. They were great with recommending a florist, setting up flowers on the table, great service, AMAZING food. I had the Salmon, she had the chicken. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor. Great Dinner Spot Zanata's offers first class cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere. The salads are fresh, pizza is baked in a wood burning pizza oven and made with gourmet ingredients. And our favorite is the Dulce de Leche Italian ice for dessert. A wonderful spot to relax with friends.
Great place for pizza - best salads anywhere - and tons of other yummy creative dishes – The food here is just amazing. I love the salads so much - I don't know how they master that perfect combination of greens, toasted nuts, cheese, pears... but it is a salad I crave. My kids (and the adults also)love the pizza - which has great flavorful crust - and then very creative, yet not too 'out there' toppings.
