Quite possibly that most disgustingly terrible service I’ve ever received in my professional career. I came in to go return a silver bangle for a smaller size, only to find they were closed despite the advertised hours. I came back to find they wouldn’t have a manager in store for 2 more days. Upon requesting a refund they’ve refused on the grounds they don’t do refunds despite the ACCC. Foul terrible behaviour.
I was a little concerned when I'd ordered some rings in a particular size and then saw the reviews of Zamels Eastland store. I am pleased to say that my experience was great. The staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond to get me the right size ring and avoid resizing especially since they had the knowledge to advise me against resizing the particular style of ring and risk damaging the setting. Please be careful when buying your products from here. I just bought my earrings and bam! I lost it straightaway (which is partly my fault) but I don’t know how it happens and realised that the lock was not securing enough the front earring. I’m very very disappointed and came back to store at Zamels in Ringwood in just less than 30 minutes from purchasing the product but told me to buy another pair which is I don’t need another pair ( I only need one).
