I love Dr. Zambrano he is a Great doctor but it’s the people he choose to have run his business that’s going to run all his clients away my children have been going to him for 11 years been with him since he was in his old office but not anymore sad to say. Customer service is everything. I wish he had compassionate workers like himself. Make me not want to ever step foot in his office again. Do not bring your kids here they are very rude and unprofessional and dr zambrano'wife Yazsmine zambrano is rude to all the patients and she chases them away with her attitude i will never bring my kids there again!!!!
Only put 1 star because that's the least that will be registered on this survey. Staff is extremely rude, hangs up the phone on people, catch attitudes when they get caught in a lie, doctor talks down to you as if you have not been dealing with your child's medical problems since they were born, entire office does the bare minimum to be able to say they did what was necessary, no such thing as customer service skills at this office! Office looks dirty and run down as if nothing is sanitized!
I made an appointment for my 11 year old son to be seen at this office because he has an eye stye and needs treatment. The office manager Yasmina Zambrano explained that before my son could be seen I needed to change PCP to Dr.Zambrano and wait 24 hours, I made the necessary changes and sent my husband with my son the next day to see MD. When my husband arrived to the office they turned him away and said that the mother needed to be present for the 1st visit. I called the office and explained
