I have been to this clinic twice but both times the customer service was amazing! They were so thoughtful and caring. I also want to give a big shoutout to the front desk woman, Jessica. I ran out of medication and tried to do a walk-in before work and she was able to get me squeezed in. I appreciate her so much!!!!!!
I really wanted to like this provider because my mom visits Dr. Samina in the same facility as her primary physician. Unfortunately Dr. Waheed lacks some of the qualities that I would attribute to a good doctor all around. In my opinion, even though he may be a capable doctor, I feel his personality is not suited for this field. Costumer service this year is horrible.. my appointment was at 9:15 and it's 10:20 rn .. I've been waiting more than a hour.. they keep sending ppl infront of me.
The staff are so friendly! The doctors really care. I always recommend my friends and family to come to Zam Zam!
