Dr. Zaller is a very good clinician. He’s certainly old school, but in a good way. His assistant is super nice and helpful. Dr. Zaller has been helpful with everything I’ve needed and has been a consistent and supportive voice to help navigate some tough times. As medicine changes, he’s still a caring and dedicated doc.
Dr. Zaller is a great listener, and gives great feedback. He has made my life better
He’s a great psychiatrist. Really listens to you, doesn’t just try to fill you a script and send you out. Maybe not the newest and most techno-Savy office, but his quality as a provider is more important than those superficial things. You might wait a bit every now and then, but it’s because someone needed to see him for longer, just like you might need to one day.
Dr. Zaller is a life saver! He runs his office and takes calls. He is the only place that I called for a first appointment that didn't make me wait 4 to 6 months. Because he takes his own calls and schedules his own patients, he is busy. He often requires that you leave a message, but he WILL call you back the same day. He is easy to talk to and spends time to get to know his patients. He is not easy to fool because he does get to know his patients and can tell when they are off. I normally don't write reviews but this experience warranted one. I called Dr. Zaller to schedule a consult. He answered the phone and I addressed myself and informed him I wanted to schedule an appointment. He immediately stated he was busy and to call back and leave a message, he then hung the phone up on me. I was very disappointed and upset at the way he dismissed me.
