She is excellent, I went to her after being mismanaged elsewhere. I felt so defeated when I got there, by the time I left I felt like I was heard, cared about and going to get personalized care. I wasn’t disappointed, that was over 3 years ago. She is wonderful and caring and that extends to her staff. I call the nursing team sometimes weekly if I have any type of issues.
