So Zales is a great store for jewelry, but I gave it a low star because on 9/13/25 at about 12pm, my sister and I visited this location and a young lady, reddish brown hair, fair skinned, about 5'3", had her face turned up the whole time we were in there. She was standing right at the door when we entered and never spoke to us, instead another young lady from our left side greeted us and helped us with great customer service care.
