Customer service is lacking here. I came in this past Saturday evening with the intention to purchase a diamond tennis bracelet. There were two employees sitting in the back left corner of the store. A male and a female. My family and I were the only customers in the establishment at that time. Neither employee saw fit to approach me even though I expressed my interest in the diamond tennis bracelets.
