We have always been Zales customers since we were married in 2003 then started getting bad experience at a different location in Las Vegas to a point where I upgraded my husband's ring at a different jeweler. Today we walked into a Zalesat the outlet mall to get my ring cleaned and Ossie helped us he made us feel valued and helped us understand the warranty we had in place even gave us new pamphlet to organize our documents so we are more prepared next time. Most associates were very kind and professional but after one sales associate offered me the service of sending my ring to get repaired and get a lifetime warranty on the ring (which I was excited to pay for and do) another sales associate jumped in front of her to tell me Zales would never deign to work on my ring since the center stone was moissanite and not a diamond. She then went on to explain that Zales doesn't sell moissanite or cubic zirconia (which are obviously the same to her mind) and condescend to me while the o... read more
