staff is experienced and provides attentive service with care.
After my situation at Zales. The assistant manger came in and really went far and beyond for me. She took care of me and treated her customer the way how it should be. I will strongly advise anyone to come see her.
I got mislead of buying a necklace and bracelet from a employee name Christina. I drove about a hour away to their location. It was the the wrong necklace and bracelet. I asked can we meet close to the number that we originally agree on. She said no. So I asked if her supervisor is there? She said no. So I asked may she call her supervisor to see if we can work something out? She said no. I drove for a hour for nothing. Good store but this employee is not even willing to cater to their clients.
Horrible customer service.. does not tell u about inspections... does not honor their own diamond guarantee... just wanna charge more for what didnt hold up... stay away from this place...
