I walked into Zales with zero expectations, but I was incredibly impressed by a lovely young lady named Kayla. She was helpful, kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, made me feel valued as a customer, and provided outstanding service. I will come back just for her!
Lizette is the absolute best customer service rep! Lizette goes above and beyond to assist with my purchases. There is a Zales store 5 mins from my home; however, I do not make purchases from that store. Because Lizette is knowledgeable and professional, I always purchase from Lizette in the Potomac Mills store, which is over an hour from where I live. Call or go to the Potomac Mills Zales and ask for Lizette, you will not be disappointed!! :) -MA
