Terrible store! I purchased a pair of 3 carat diamond ear rings for my wife. The screw in pin was loose. Very easily should could pull it off as if it’s a push pin. We brought it into repair and it took nearly a month to come back. When we got them back, within less than a week one of the ear rings fell off. Mind you, prior to bringing the item in for repair my wife had these ear rings on for nearly 6 months without them falling off, even though they were loose. I visited Zales Outlet at Potomac Mills today to buy a rope chain for myself, and the shopping experience was great. Cynthia, my sales representative was very helpful, pleasant, and a joy to work with. She even cleaned my old chain before I left the store. She will definitely get my business when I return to the Outlet in the future. Thank you Zales, Cynthia was a true Professional, and represented your store well today.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I recently got engaged and surprised my finance with a custom 14k gold diamond ring, my finance and future mother in law went into this jewelry to find a ring for me when they were introduced to a staff member that not only bashed the ring I got for my finance but further more proceeded to bash me for “cheaping out” on this custom ring I got for my finance and then proceeds to sell them on a ring that literally bent when I squeezed it a bit, do not recommend stay away.
