Walked in and was not acknowledged. Waited around and was finally told someone would be with me. So just walked around and looked at the pieces. A couple walked in after me and was helped before I was ever acknowledged again. After realizing my money was not valued here, I left the store and will never return here. Entered the store with 3 employees and no one greeted me. When someone did the other 2 never attempt to provide service as the person who greeted me was busy with another customer Ms Pam finally came whe asked by her colleague but she treated me like she was bothered. The cleaning machine was down and my diamond bond inspection wasn't completed because Ms. Pam needed the computer that the other colleague was working on. Customer service was horrible!
Pam in sales did an outstanding. I was really appreciative of her patience and help.
Excellent service! Pam was very professional and looking forward to return to the store.
