On 06/15/26 around 1:40pm I went to this store to trade in my zales ring for another one to upgrade. The minute I brought the ring into the store with the zales box the service went straight downhill. Zales claim up and down you can always trade in any prior purchased ring when you upgrade with stipulations off course. However, what zales do not tell you is you better have your receipt to have it done because you can give them the same phone number and nothing in their database comes up surprisingly.
