Chrisie was excellent and extremely helpful. She actually listened to my stories about all my daughters and fiancee cancer story all while not missing a beat on suggestions and sells. I told her I would be back in the morning and when she pulled up, she remembered my name and without hesitation knew exactly what I wanted. She had a very pleasant disposition and was great.
Come see Mrs Lou she took care of me finding the perfect wedding band, ring and gift for my Wifey. Will continue to come back to this Zales and see Mrs Lou for best option.

On November 23, 2025, took 14k gold chain to Zales Outlet (Cedar Hill) to have the barrel clasp replaced as the tongue-side was broken. The replaced clasp is 14k gold and has value. I requested that it be returned when the repair was made. Made two trips to pick up the clasp and the chain. The chain is repaired but Zales is refusing to return the clasp blaming the repair facility. Keeping the gold clasp is fraudulent- it's 14k gold, has value and it's mine.
