Don't buy anything from zales outlet. They are LIARS. They told me that my ring.. under warranty... would be fixed. I waited several weeks for my ring to have a missing diamond replaced. I was notified it was ready . I went to pick up my ring and then was told they refuse to replace the missing diamond. They flat out refused after several weeks prior had promised to fix it free of charge. I paid extra for this warranty that I guess is a gimmick to get you to purchase from them.
