Jess Kriegbaum at the North Little Rock outlet store was great.
Jess, Izzy, and Sonnie were wonderful today! I was on a mission to purchase myself a new gold opal ring. I knew I found it, and the lady that first helped me was fantastic, but I had to look elsewhere. I returned a couple hours later, and the lady who helped me originally was busy with another customer. The other two ladies took care of me right away! Very professional, helpful and completed my mission! I LOVE my ring!!! Give those girls a raise! Ps: the mall was a bad experience.
