Ayana was an excellent agent who took her time to help us and took her time. We have always had issues finding our ring info on their system whenever we want to get them cleaned or this time re-size and while other agents simply say they couldn’t find our info she took the time not only found it but updated everything and gave us copies of the info needed for next time.
