Don’t stand behind their jewelry! Very disappointed! Will never shop there again! Poor customer service!!! Bought a necklace for my daughter! She only wore it a few times and the chain broke! They would not exchange it and wanted to charge me to fix it!! Horrible customer service and the manager was very rude and smug! No wonder there isn’t anyone ever in that store! Don’t waste your time there!

Horrible customer service!! Just went in for my inspection and cleaning but I guess it is their policy now that it doesn't actually have to get cleaned. When Emily decided to be rude to me I spoke with the manager who was even worse and didn't even try to apologize for the employee being rude. I will NEVER shop at Zales again. Horrible management and customer service!!

So, I went to the Albertville Premium Outlets tonight. As I was walking in a Wright County Deputy was dealing with a very unpleasant shoplifter that was refusing to get into his car. He was by himself so I hung around until he got her into the back of his car.
