My experience at Zales have always been awesome from wedding bands to now watches. And the only reason for me that this is so, is because of the amazing service that I get from Glenna when I get there. She is very informative and helpful. I will continue to shop at the Garth store as long as she is there. Thank you Zales for hire a person like Glenna.
My fiancé got my engagement ring here, I had it for 2 days and a diamond came out! Took it back and she used a magnifying glass to look at it and come to find out there was 2 diamonds missing. They told me it would take 4-5 days but when I called to check the status she said 2 weeks!!! Not very happy at all! Will NOT recommend them.
