terrible customer service. manager at fond du lac location (lisa) is the rudest person I have ever encountered working in customer service. she has point blank said to my face I dont like you and well never get along... I will admit I am not the most pleasant customer due to faulty jewelry. in last 6 years I have had at least 4 new rings and over a dozen repairs... unacceptable. so glad you are closing.
