Would give negative stars if possible. Scammers and thieves ! Had my girlfriend's ring resized and it cracked immediately after . This location handled the repair and tried to claim that it was our fault and not covered . They then told us it would be 56 dollars to pick up. After being told " it's can't be changed and it was already approved ( it wasn't ) " they then tried to claim it was 426 dollars ! . Complete scam and bait and switch tactics. Jason at Zales in Taylor is a perfect consultant! His professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. I never felt pressured into making decisions. He was very thorough in explaining what I was getting done. My natural ruby fell out of my vintage wedding ring and he made it brand new! Pictures say it all!
Assistant store manager Daphne spoke to me in a condescending manor. Her attitude and tone toward a customer was astonishing. I get thousands and thousands of dollars worth of jewelry inspected every 6 months. I promise I will never buy another piece of jewelry for this place ever again. My wedding ring has to be sent off every 6 months for missing or loose stones. She says that’s my fault because I wear the ring. I suppose it’s suppose to sit in my jewelry box. On September 2nd, I went to zales Cielo Vista to get some Disney earrings. They didn't have them in store so they ordered online for me to ship to store. The expected delivery date was September 7th. I've been calling and they said they didn't have anything so I went in person today and suddenly they have no record of the order and to call customer service to "see if I even got charged." 2 minutes agoNEW Do not recommend getting your wedding bands here. I was asked if I wanted the lifetime warranty on my band, I told the salesperson that I work at an auto shop, I asked her if the warranty would cover if my band broke or I lost it, she told me that it would. It's only been about a year, year and a half, lost my band at work(I work on 20 plus cars a day), my wife went to get the replacement and they told her the warranty will not cover if the band is lost. Zales is the sorriest store I have ever been to we had a ring for 2 weeks and the diamond fell out and so they sent the ring to be fixed took forever to get it back and as soon as we get home she gets in the shower and gets out and the diamond fell out as soon as we get home after it being fixed I hate zales in johnson city I will never ever buy anything from them they need shut down permanently
