Was not impressed about the lack of communication and and that my engagement ring did not receive a box as mentioned when buying my ring . Great jewelry and relatively quick and easy resizing . But better communication would be great . I was told I’d receive a call when it was received and I did not if I wouldn’t have went in I wouldn’t have known . Again beautiful jewelry and great staff just a lack of communication
