This store sucks, the customer service sucks, the repair center sucks. I bought multiple rings here spending 5k+ and have had nothing but issues. I will never spend a single cent in this store again

Wow the customer service in this location is astoundingly amazing. Nicole, Paige and Quessie were so helpful and made sure all my needs were met I will be coming here for all my jewelry needs in the future!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! This has been my worst experience with a jeweler my entire life. I’ve had to have 3 diamonds replaced due to popping out. I’ve also had to have rings resized over and over again. This last occurrence, the ring was to be sized to a 4.5 with the beads inside to keep the ring from rolling. It came in as a size 3. Which meant it had to go right back out. The repair times are stupid long and even then you don’t get what you paid for. Do not recommend them at all.
