I came in and had an amazing experience with the store manager. She helped me fix issues I was having with my ring cleaned it and even gave me advice on caring for it. Now it looks brand new!

On June 10th 2025 sometime in the morning. My sister, my son and I went to Zales at Auburn Mall and there was a man and a women who assisted us in buying a black tungsten wedding ring for my husband for Father’s Day. It did not fit so we went back June 16th 2025. They just didn’t seem interested in helping us, I had a gift receipt but they did a return rather than a exchange. Asking me about prices, etc. in front of my husband when it should of been a gift HE should NOT know the price. We just did not like the vibe, they ask... read more
