I’m not the type to leave a review but Elizabeth absolutely deserved one ! She was amazing from the moment we walked in and was patient and knowledgeable about different rings I was looking at. She gave me all the information I needed in order to find the perfect one for me!
Michael was AMAZING!!! We walked in just to browse and he immediately asked if we had any questions. He sat down and explained the entire process and let us try on as many rings as we wanted. He gave is professional opinion on carat size which we really appreciated. He explained the difference between natural and lab diamond. He also walked us through the custom making process. We fwlt really comfortable with him and he made looking at rings really fun and easy. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
Went in to have a second opinion on the placement of a diamond on a ring I had just purchased from another jeweler. Michael not only gave me an honest second opinion but examined my ring under the scope to verify the GIA number as well as check for any inclusions or fluorescence on the diamond to make sure it matched what the GIA certificate said.
