Christine and Wafa helped me find a new wedding band, which they researched and found one in my size and close to the original style of the band I had for over 10 years.
Christine from Smith Haven Mall made the experience amazing. As someone from the LGBTQ+ community I have always been very intimidated walking into a jewelry store. Christine made this experience feel very safe and comforting. 11/10 would recommend.
I had a wonderful experience at Zales Smith Haven. Wafa and Christine were extremely helpful and walked me through everything. They also make sure you understand what you are buying and explain the various metrics of diamond valuation in detail. I am really grateful. Checkout was also really smooth and I am having my ring resized through their jeweler. Would definitely recommend 10/10!
