Do not get zales credit card! Paid my bill in full had $0 balance get a call 3 months later telling me I owe $41 now for interest. How do I get interest and $0. Had to pay it so it didn't mess up my credit score and the credit card company is horrible. And top of it all they never even gave me the 6 months of 0% interest i was supposed to have for my purchase.
The sales associate Brijiun was really helpful she was professional too had a nice personality very bubbly made me feel welcomed it was my first time in zales and she made my experience worth going back she needs a raise she has great customer service skills. I will be shopping with her every time I come in there
Brijiun is Amazing!!! She helped me get my ring sized and explained the entire process. She assured me that everything will be fine and when I came back from vacation the ring will be waiting on me and that’s exactly what happened. She also helped me look at rings for my Fiancé and my daughter. The princess collection is gorgeous, I was also looking for something my Fiancé can wear while at work and it won’t get tarnished easily.
