The sales associate Brijiun was really helpful she was professional too had a nice personality very bubbly made me feel welcomed it was my first time in zales and she made my experience worth going back she needs a raise she has great customer service skills. I will be shopping with her every time I come in there
Brijiun is Amazing!!! She helped me get my ring sized and explained the entire process. She assured me that everything will be fine and when I came back from vacation the ring will be waiting on me and that’s exactly what happened. She also helped me look at rings for my Fiancé and my daughter. I had a great experience thanks to Brijiun’s outstanding customer service. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled smoothly. She took the time to listen, answered all my questions clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Went to purchase a gold ring, tried selling me the wrong size. Had to wait for refund and didn’t assist with ordering it online for me. Cleaned jewelry, lost diamond from ring and couldn’t find it. Found the diamond than tried charging me to fix/place diamond back into ring. Sales team isn’t educated in jewelry and horrible customer service. I’ve spent over $5,000 at Zales and have had accounts since 2016. Horrible.
