I had my ring repaired for six months straight by the jewler they use losing diamonds, replaced my wedding bands, they had it sauter together how my rings were prior to the replacement contour bands..not to mention they said i had to pay for a new warranty for my new bands because they were new, "thats just what we do". Only reason. I called corporate and they waved/ transfered fee because it wasnt my fault it broke again.(wedding bands) they were not bonded correctly, they were uneven and off center.
