The ring I received is beautiful. That said, I've only had it a couple years and have had to have stones replaced three times already cause they just fall out. Edit: this last time they replaced it with a whole new ring. I'm happier now 😊 FYI- get the lifetime warranty, it's worth it!
I feel like Zales repair services are nothing more than a bait & switch scam. An estimate over $500 to restring a pearl necklace which cost less than $1,000 then being retroactively sold a warranty service for $284 seems fishy.
