i am so disappointed i went here 3 times twice where there no one was in the store and nobody even asked if I needed help in the last time being there was another family there I walked in second and another person walked in behind me. I was overlooked and they were quick to help the other two families which were of course a different race and not African-American like me and I will never be going back. They have lost my business forever.
Amanda is great! She is so lovely and wonderful to talk to. She took amazing care of me.
The Greenwood location has the rudest people working there and I’m shocked to find out one is the store manager. You walk in and they do not speak to you and Danny looked up and everything. Amanda only sees color and money and it is sad how she would treat people who she deems less than her. She overlooks you and is just plain nasty. I was there Thursday April 16th. Jessica and Charla was great. They both went out of their way to help me with my rings getting fixed. I will always go back to this store instead of Plainfield store. Which is closer to my house. Plainfield store didn't care if helped you or not. Last time I was there the lady couldn't just look up my rings (when I had my papers). She wanted my life history to look it up. Great job Jessica and Charla. Thanks again ladies.
