Sirena Was extremely professional. When our repair came back, she double checked it, and then had to resubmit it since it did not meet her standards. We are so grateful for her attention to detail and high quality. Great job!
Great friendly staff: Shamar, Sirena, Amanda, Clifton, and Billy (Jeweler) were so helpful. I had two custom pieces made which they took the time to make exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Sirena was absolutely amazing during my inspection visit. She reconfigured all of my receipts and paperwork so that everything is in order for next time. Zales has always taken care of us and Sirena is top quality.
