I have been a Zales customer since 2003. I have always had great service on repairs and customer service, at any location. I've been coming to this store since 2019, and never had any issues. Customer service is good, friendly, knowledgeable. So now I'm having an issue in the last 2-3 months. I had my wedding set resized, came back and looked beautiful. Destiny was absolutely amazing. So helpful and sweet. Was very thorough and listened to exactly what I liked and what I wanted and also helped my boyfriend pick out stuff that he would like. She made the experience fun and not as stressful as I thought it would be!!

I visited Zales on Gulf View Mall for a ring inspection on engagement ring and discovered that the diamond was loose. I sent it out for repair. Upon its return, Destiny provided exceptional service, being knowledgeable and honest about the ring's value and was not under warranty. She facilitated a great deal, covering the repair costs under the warranty. I appreciate her integrity and the seamless process she managed. Destiny was very helpful. Thank you so much Destiny.
