Destiny was absolutely amazing. So helpful and sweet. Was very thorough and listened to exactly what I liked and what I wanted and also helped my boyfriend pick out stuff that he would like. She made the experience fun and not as stressful as I thought it would be!!
I visited Zales on Gulf View Mall for a ring inspection on engagement ring and discovered that the diamond was loose. I sent it out for repair. Upon its return, Destiny provided exceptional service, being knowledgeable and honest about the ring's value and was not under warranty. She facilitated a great deal, covering the repair costs under the warranty. I appreciate her integrity and the seamless process she managed. Destiny was very helpful. Thank you so much Destiny.
Destiny was fabulous! She really listened to all i was saying even when i was all over the place! I got 3 beautiful pieces, with great prices, and she told me a ton of information that I didnt know before! I will definitely be back!
