Libby provided great customer service with explaining my warranty and helping me get my ring repaired. Follow up: the jeweler didn't have an exact match to my diamond. I could have exchanged my ring for something else since I had a warranty, but the ring was really sentimental to me. Maria spoke to the jeweler for me to get them to repair with as close match as possible. Maria and Libby kept in touch with me throughout the process and provided great customer service. I used the Zales credit card to purchase an item. I have paid off my balance twice! Twice! And they are still trying to charge me more money for a third time. The first time they waited multiple days to actually process my payment so they could hit me with a late fee, and I have no idea what these idiots are doing this time because I made sure to pay it weeks in advance so they couldn't do that to me again.
