Cheryl Teruya assisted us as soon as we walked into Zales. She was pleasant and attentive as we asked questions about jewelry and watches. I asked to see certain watches and she began explaining about the difference and type of watches. I saw a watch that I liked and asked quite a few questions about it and compared it with others that I saw. I finally decided on the Movado watch and she made the whole process of purchasing easy and quick. She explained about warranty and was knowledgeable about the watch.
Associate Cheryl was helpful, professional, pleasant and great attitude! Cheryl answered any questions I had about chain necklaces.
Rosie was very helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for!
Rosie was so helpful during my inspection! She made sure my documents were well-kept and offered to clean my rings. Rosie provided excellent customer service.
The worker Hedy was very nice and helped me to resize my watch will come again!
