We have several jewelry pieces with zales and have insurance on them all. Pearl ridge is the only location that does not give us trouble pulling our information for inspections. Their customer service skills exceed our expectations!!! They truly go above and beyond to assist us in every aspect! This is the only location we will continue to utilize! Thank you again!!!!!
Will preface with that the staff working there were helpful and friendly. I spent $45,000 on a ring and management wouldn't let me exchange it for an equal or lesser value ring because it was 5 days past the 60 day exchange policy (wasn't even looking to return or a refund, just an exchange). Find a better place to buy jewelry that will care about you after you purchase it. Disappointing service for the amount spent.
