Abby was seriously a huge help! She was super patient with me and my boyfriend and extremely helpful when it came to a ton of questions being asked. We told her the idea of what we wanted and she took her time walking us through of all the possibilities that would match. The ring we ended up getting was everything we imagined and more and we left happier than ever!
My bridal set was upgraded November 29th. Over $3 bands CASH!!!Sent off to be sized. My set was returned on the 10. I noticed a diamond had fell out and returned to the store on the 18th with the diamond! I was told it was put on a rush to return by Christmas. NO RING BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Of course blame it on the holiday. My next expected date is January 1,2026 well guess what? NO RING STILL!!! Called 800 number and was told it was in route on the 31 so it should be there on the 1st. If I could give 0 I would. I stood in front of a case with an exact ring I was going to buy for my boyfriend. I wasn’t even acknowledged by the 4 employees. 2 males, 2 females. Only 1 male and 1 female were busy. Missed a $1,000 sale. Do better.
Extremely disappointed! I usually do not write reviews, but this was necessary. Having been shopping at Zales for more than 30 years, spending thousands of dollars, tonight when attempting to get my ring cleaned, which I have done every 6 months for many years - myself and another customer were totally ignored as we stood there.
