Zales ruined my proposal and let tell you why. Ordered an engagement ring to be shipped to zales on Sept 10th. I get a message from ups stating “ We tried to deliver to the business, but it was closed. A second attempt will be made the next business day.” thought that was odd because the time of the message was 1:51pm which would be normal operating hours.
