In 1999 my husband bought me a 10 Karat Diamond Bracelet from this location ... A wonderful Christmas Present. We take the Diamond Bracelet in every 6 months for it's check up. Over the years Zales has replaced 3 diamonds. Zales inventory at this location isn't what it was in 1999 but "The passing of Time" has not been good to Fashion Square Mall.
I'm not to happy with this place the few employees I've had interactions with have seemed to tell me what I should buy and not really listen to what I said I wanted. Also they made me feel belittled because I was in the smaller spending tier and it seemed when the employees noticed that they said "Well let me know what you want when you find it" and moved on to the bigger spender That came in to shop after me so I wasn't pleased with that.
