Candice help was excellent and she was extremely friendly and insighful
I purchased a ring and a warranty that was supposed to last a lifetime. The ring broke. Zelle said they couldn’t fix it. Another jewelry store said that it was an easy fix. Zales said that if I use another jewelry store to fix it, then I would forfeit the warranty. They insisted that I had To give them back the ring and accept a store credit.
