Story is too long to tell. But Ronnie for BEST/ TOP TIER customer service. She was handling us and 3 other customers, she did it with grace, excellence and calm spirit. We appreciate effort and support for helping choose a ring for mom.

Kudos to Candice Cook. I came in a few weeks into the month after my scheduled inspection with a missing diamond from my ring. I just knew my warranty would cover it. Nope! Had to come in any day in the scheduled month or the warranty is technically void for that repair! Ugh - I was pissed, but not rude - no one reads the fine print and quite honestly, not once in all my 30+ years of buying jewelry, was I ever told this. She also shared that once paid for the warranty resets for the new every six month inspection schedule. C... read more
