I had such a wonderful experience at Zales in Bay Shore! A few months ago, I came in just to look at engagement rings and found one that I absolutely fell in love with. Unfortunately, when I returned on Thursday to finally purchase it, I found out it had already been sold. I was so disappointed. My fiancé and I were shopping for wedding bands and Rhonda was helping us. She was patient, kind, friendly and did not pressure us at all. She gave her opinion on what band looked best with my engagement ring and I was back the next day to purchase it. Rhonda made me feel good about my purchase, walked me through the process and made it seamless. She is a gem!
