Went into the store today with the intention to purchase a new necklace. Wasn’t greeted…one young lady ignored me… I asked for assistance and an older woman came around… after trying to pass me off on the young lady who ignored me in the first place the older woman comes around and grabs a row of necklaces ( didn’t ask me which ones I was interested in ) and after I said I wanted a smaller more dainty one she makes a comment about the price of gold and maybe I should look at a silver one…. Darleen is the main reason we will continue to come back to this Zales, she is very funny and extremely personable, it doesn’t feel like she is just trying to sell you something.
We have been to the Zales location in Plainfield many times and always get great customer service. This last time in particular, I was very impressed with Savannah. We had some issues with a e-gift card I had received and accidentally deleted and could not recover. I had tried the online customer service and was not having any luck by myself. We went in to look at engagement rings and had the best experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. We worked with Savannah and she was not only attentive to what I wanted and my price range but knowledgeable in the selection they had and what they offered. There was no pressure to buy which was amazing. She genuinely wanted me to be happy and get what I wanted.
