Annalise went above and beyond when helping me to pick out my wedding band. She truly made it an enjoyable and fun experience. She gave lots of good tips when choosing your ring stack and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. I loved my experience!
Amy the Assistant Manager at the capital city mall #430 is AMAZING!!!!!!! SHE DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE. Every time we come in she knows me by name. And an excellent salesperson.
Great service in person great deals however my fiancé and i are expecting a new item and i called 8 time 30mins before closing and no answer very unprofessional, frustrating and disappointing i thought you were better than this smh 🤦🏾♀️
Our experience at Zales was wonderful....Benjamin and Amy and Annalise were fabulous at helping my husband and myself pick out an anniversary band and also a new wedding ring since we are celebrating 25 years together. We have been shopping here since 2013 and highly recommend seeing Benjamin or Amy as well as Annalise for help in picking out that special piece of jewelry. Thanks to all 3 of you for helping us!!
