Ben was very helpful! Came in for a ring resize, but then changed it because we needed the ring for a family celebration. He immediately canceled the resize order and gave me a ring snuggie for a temporary fix until I have time to part with my ring for a little. Thank you for the help and change in plans!

My Fiancé and I went to Zales to shop for our wedding bands, Christina was super pleasant to work with and answered every question with ease. Very knowledgeable and personable! Would highly recommend her to anyone!
I just want to thank boss man for always looking out for his customers my chain got sent off 3 times do to it kept breaking that last time I took it up there boss man was like nope fix this the right way he had them to put this piece on the back of it so it want keep breaking and my necklace ain’t broke ever since then he’s the best all around great customer and he looks out for his customers such a good store manager..
