Stay far away from this place. The large African American lady that works there is a horrible person. Treats people like they are below her. Walk across the mall to Kay's where they are nice and welcoming. She wouldn't help at all. She was supposed to inspect the ring and provide sizing and cleaning. Took three times of asking for her to even clean it. Never took the time to inspect it. Never helped us in anyway. She spent her time leaning on the counter. Made the experience Horrible.
