They are so nice!
Deedee was phenomenal and didn't rest until she found our missing warranty number! The whole store was kind and patient as we had our 4 children with us and made us feel like we were a priority not a problem.
I came in to have my ring cleaned and polished. The sales girl was exceptionally nice and a pleasure to work with. My only comment would be that both the drop off and pick up took a long time.
The zales store in Merritt island is absolutely wonderful. The staff is so amazing I previously left an awful review. I meant that for the online experience I had. In absolutely no way did I mean the store. The staff has jumped through hurdles to help me.
