Went to the Bridgewater location Tuesday morning to buy/order wedding bands - sadly, nobody greated us, nor did the woman even stand up. We had to approach her and asked her if they had black diamond wedding bands, she said no. My fiance and I saw many black diamond wedding bands on their website and were not offered to look at a catalog or anything. We then went to Bloomingdales in the mall and purchased 2 beautiful rings . Unfortunately, Zales lost a good sale $$$
