Highly recommend! Great experience, 10/10 customer service from Richard. He was very helpful from the moment we walked in. He was super knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He solved our problems from a lost earring to helping us find a new pair to purchase.

Love this store!! Was very classy and the staff were very friendly, I was helped by a wonderful young woman named Ashley. She was so approachable and accommodating in all of my needs. I left with the perfect jewelry that goes with my style, without her I would’ve been so lost.
We just came back from Zales and Ashley was able to help my fiancé and I by adding an item to a ring so that it was no longer loose. She was so kind and passionate. Zales is very lucky to have Ashley working there :-)
