I purchased a beautiful ring that needed resizing, but I didn’t have much time to wait. Without hesitation, Maria kindly offered to have it done by the next day—and she delivered on that promise. She was not only warm and friendly, but also highly professional in how she handled everything. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for exceptional customer service.
Richard was very nice and attentive as I was looking for tanzanite but I actually meant to look for Alexandrite I got the two stones mixed up anyways I got great sales experience from Richard I would definitely come back and buy from him when I find the particular gemstone that I want I do have his business card this was at the Fashion Show Mall Las Vegas Strip at Zales.
