I took my wedding ring in for a sizing done by the Zales Repair shop in Natick MA.The repair shop sized my ring up and two days after I got it back, I found a rough edge and divet in the gold band very close to the stones of my baguette. First they said no problem "we'll fix it", then 5 weeks later I had to call to find out what happened and they said "we are sourcing the stones" which is an odd response since I didn't want new stones! Not one person has any clue what’s going, sent my finances ring out for a cleaning and sizing. Came back damaged and dirty! Disgraceful.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. We went in there and asked about resizing and, ultimately they were not able to help us as we were asking to resize something they couldn't work on but they were knowledgeable and friendly.
