Not one person has any clue what’s going, sent my finances ring out for a cleaning and sizing. Came back damaged and dirty! Disgraceful.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We went in there and asked about resizing and, ultimately they were not able to help us as we were asking to resize something they couldn't work on but they were knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a great experience here. I went to get my ring sized and at the end when we were checking out, I was told the ring would take 2 weeks to be repaired. I instantly panicked because my engagement party was right before the 2 week mark. I told this to Mary and she said she would try her best to get it in early. Ended up only taking a week.
