I’ve always had bad experiences with jewelry stores but Zales is the exception. I went for the first time a few months ago and was greeted by a young lady who made the experience even better. She was very nice and welcoming. She checked on me plenty without being overbearing, like most sales people, which was refreshing. So thank you Zales and also to the sales associate, Cassidy for making my trip to the Diamond Store pleasant and stress free. Keep up the good work!
My husband buys my jewelry there, good quality, beautiful jewelry excellent warranty, and great service
The jewelers made a beautiful custom two stone ring for me using some of my stones and adding more to make a beautiful ring. Highly recommend them!
The manager over there treated my wife and I so politely and respectfully. She knew exactly what she was talking about and had a correct answer for all of our questions. My wife fell in love with a Vera Wang bridal set and the manager helped me surprise her for our 10th wedding anniversary. I really don't ever see the need to shop anywhere else and highly recommend anyone to do their jewelry shopping there, or if you just want to stop by and ask a question to a friendly person.
It's so fun to go in and look even if you don't buy anything. Such pretty stuff and very reasonably priced
I used to love this store and my husband and bought numerous items here....but never again. Due to the ugly attitude of Emily we will never go back there and will tell all of friends and co workers the same. We were told she is a manager there and if so, what a shame. She has zero personality or people skills. Do yourself a favor, shop online or go someplace else.
