I purchased a ring to add to my wife's wedding set and one of the small diamonds fell off the first day she wore it. When I took it back they informed me that unless I had purchased the extended warranty there was nothing they could do. I was flabbergasted but purchased the warranty so I could get the ring repaired. I always thought there was a 90 day warranty on workmanship. I was wrong. I have been in many times to get my ring cleaned and have had it sent in twice for minor fixes. I have never had a bad experience! Everyone has always been so nice!
