Horrible customer service. My boyfriend and his friend went today and were very rude and passive aggressive towards them. Because the budget was not to their expectations their entire attitude flipped, went as far as saying that “if I were your girlfriend i’d want you to buy the ring now and propose to me and get it resized later” and along with directing him to a wedding band that didn’t match whatsoever to then turn around and say “well if you want one that matches then increase your budget” in a very loud tone.
