Tami is amazing—an absolute gem to work with! I described what I was looking for and she immediately showed me several great options. She even noticed that my diamond bond wasn’t up to date for the ring I was adding to and worked hard to get that taken care of. She added the items we looked at to my husband’s wishlist, and a week later the purchase was complete. The entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free. I can’t recommend Tami enough!
Very disappointed with lack of good customer service. Wasted 3 hours driving time and missed work to pick up my wife's ring that we waited 2 weeks for, after they called and said it was ready. Just to get there and to find out that they never completed our request. They never bothered checking it before contacting us. We asked for sizing, solder and engraving. All that they bothered with was sizing. Now we get to wait again, make another long trip, without any type of discount or reimbursement for the my time, gas or anythin... read more
