Buyer beware - Zales is a waste of time and terrible quality. We purchased bracelets two months ago and had to visit the store six times because they kept coming back with different quality issues when they were sent to the jeweler to be fixed. Each time, the sales reps failed to inspect the items and were later apologetic that neither they, nor the jeweler had spotted the issues. Two months later and this still has not been resolved.
