My husband came in this morning and bought a necklace and earring for me. The saleswoman's Stephanie was so amazing that him and I came back in the afternoon and bought a ring from her. She was absolutely pleasant and extremely patient. Stephanie showed me four different rings until I found the perfect one And was extremely helpful. I had one of the worst retail experiences of my life at Zales. I ordered a ring that was completely messed up, and instead of fixing their mistake, the staff made the situation even worse. I waited over 2 hours in the store on a customer service call, only to be met with rude, dismissive employees who showed zero urgency or accountability. Not a single person was helpful. Great customer care!
My husband and I had a great experience. We went I Zales to have our Wedding bands cleaned. And the manager was extremely helpful she managed to get my ring upgraded. I'm so excited about my ring 💍 coming back from service. Unfortunately my ring size is a 5 and generally in store rings are bigger
