I got proposed to recently with the most beautiful engagement ring. However, I needed it to be re-sized because it was too large on my finger. My now fiancé said he already had it resized once because he thought it came in the wrong size. I had a great experience today with Lonnie. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with a inspection and repair order for my engagement ring and wedding band. The whole visit was pleasant and he kept me informed of the process going forward. Thank you, Lonnie!
Jase did a great in assisting my wife today, fixing and clearing her ring. He is someone I would go back to and buy another ring from. He was very detailed at explaining everything.
