I’ve been coming to Zales for many years! My husband and I have purchased several pieces and customer service here is always top tier! We’ve also purchased items at Kay jewelers and did not have the best experience. EVERYONE at Zales has always been so nice and helpful. Over the years we’ve gotten to know several employees, Betatriz is my go to!! I 1000% recommend them all!! Wonderful team! Beautiful pieces ⌚️
