The first time I went to Zales, we bought this ring and received it around July 15th. After about 10 days, the opal cracked. I was very busy and wasn’t able to get it checked right away, and later the opal actually fell out. I finally brought it in on August 23rd. When I went, the associate told me my warranty didn’t cover lost gems and suggested I order a replacement stone from Amazon since they didn’t carry any in store.
