Im done with Zales, we're done with Zales! Over 15 years shopping there and my last two experiences were trash! Lack of customer service and employee knowledge killed it for us! The lady i dealt with today said she has been there 4 years and was adamant i was wrong. The gentleman last month was the same way! Last month we took my son's necklace to replace the worn chain and was told they needed the whole thing. Thats because we had already replaced the chain, only the chain, at least once before.
