I had the WORST customer service experience at this store!! All 3 employees were lazy, inattentive and rude! Very unprofessional looking as employees. Manager Andrew should be setting an example. But, he looked the worst. One employee a young blond (Tory) Came from the back using F profanity multiple times. I’m surprised Zales would condone that behavior. Bad vibes all the way around! Go to ANY other store!!
