This location is one of the best! Always a great staff that works so well together (especially Andrew and Jess) has excellent customer service, and listens to what you want or are looking for. Love the Disney collection personally and they always have a good amount to choose from. Highly recommend!
Ordered a ring 4/6/25 got it in 1-2 weeks later , had to take it in to get sized, git it back 2 weeks later, wore it 4 days and the rhodium wore off , took it in and the gentleman was really rude , blamed us for the coating coming off, they won’t let us return it since we resized it, BUT. Called corporate they told us it’s still in the 30day grace period there going to handle it, I won’t go back to that store
