This is only Zales that is closest to me. Which is about 30 minute drive for me. There is a sales associate named Dominique, who is really knowledgeable and personable. I personally recommend any potential customer that shops at Zales at The Mall at Robinson go and ask for Dominique. You will not regret the service you receive.

staff is nice but the warranty is a scam and low quality jewelry. Owned a gold bracelet for 5 months and it snapped at the clasp, I took it into zales because of the warranty I purchased they said no problem and sent it out to be fixed. A week later receive a call that it is not fixed because “it’s missing an inch of links” which was not true and we showed them that was not true when we came to pick it up it fit the same way. We had such a fabulous experience here upgrading my wedding band set. Got an absolute beautiful ring. Roslin and Dominik were the absolute best!!!!!! They were super sweet and helpful. Please shop here and ask for them. Super experience!!!
