The Murfreesboro store has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Joel and his team are so lovely and knowledgeable about everything they offer! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
I had a bad customer service experience on Tuesday of this week. I had sent a message about it and let me say the immediate response was outstanding and so refreshing to know how they care about their customers. Denise (the store manager) and Meredith (I believe area manager) went above and beyond anything I had asked for or expected. Ladies - you have earned a patron for life. I love Zales! Been shopping with them since i was a kid! My grandparents introduced me to Zales. Never any problens or complaints, here! I am still a loyal customer to this day!
Although my ring is beautiful i would never recommend anyone to go to zales. I had my ring for 2 months and a diamond fell out, they have had my ring since February 27 and we have yet gotten it back. I called the repair center on Mar 26 and they stated it was completed and would be sent off on April 3 so we call zales today in Murfreesboro to see of they have gotten it and they haven't so I called the repair center today and they stated it has not be completed and may be done in a week.
