Excellent care for my father post spinal surgery. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the clinical staff and the rehab staff. Great team!
This facility is amazing. My husband had surgery and was not able to walk or climb stairs. He was able to do these two things when he left. Everyone was so nice and professional. The physical, speech, and occupational therapists were all wonderful!!! I cannot say enough about them. The food in the cafeteria was good too. If your love one gets sent here...you are at the best facility ever!!!!
Inept care. Hospitalist unwilling to consult with specialists when issues with health arise. Dramatically affected the outcome of our family member’s health and future unfortunately. Staff does not work as a team like good rehabs do. This facility does not meet what UTSW reputation use to be. Have been extremely disappointed in the quality and of care this year x3 at UTSW ER, and Zale Lipshy Hospital floor and Rehab floor. Avoid at all costs.
