I was in a panic, and needed a gift in a hurry. My husband recently lat 55 lbs, and no longer could wear his wedding ring. Upon hearing my plight, you told me you would size his ring and have it ready the very next day..... Christmas Eve!!! You saved our Christmas!!! Thank you, again!!!!
ZAKS Rocks! I had been to another well known jeweler to have a ring checked and cleaned. They have me false information and said the repairs would cost between 200 to 250 dollars. Good thing I got another jeweler's advice. With ZAKS fixed it for 80 bucks.Lovely Alliso was knowledgeable and very pleasant.
Always get great customer service, great looking merchandise, and good deals. Highly recommended, I will be back.
